Don’t get frustrated! That is vital. As soon as you notice a lapse in attention or concentration, simply re-focus. Immediately redirect your mind back, and continue or begin again. Be patient with your self rather than falling into the trap of blaming or getting angry with yourself, or getting frustrated – which can lead to giving up.
